Check-In
Check-in was quick and efficient. I arrived at about 9pm so not many people. The person on the reception was polite and professional. She gave me a list of benefits as a Gold member of Hilton which included buffet breakfast and Executive Lounge access Room Upon entering my room – my jaw dropped. The room is a 1 bedroom suite – which includes a powder room, extra bathroom, Ensuite with shower, double sink and tub. The master bedroom had a nice king sized bed as well as a couch next to it for gazing outside the window to the river and city nearby. There is a TV in the bedroom as well – 42 inch LED screen which also includes Apple TV box – so it lets you use the computer there. No need to bring a laptop.

The Living room was nicely furnished with a round coffee table and a 3 set couch. There is a working desk next to it. It also has a TV with an Apple TV box should you wish to use the internet.

A Nespresso Coffee machine is available to use as well as the mini-bar. The shower had 2 types – a rain-water shower from the top of the ceiling or the normalshower head from the wall.

There is even a TV embedded in the mirror where you brush your teeth! Feels like the future of hotel has arrived.

This corner suite has views from both sides – so you could gaze out to the massive city that is Seoul.
Breakfast
I chose to have breakfast at Zest – which is on level 2 of the building. I could also have gone to the Executive lounge to have breakfast – but the buffet breakfast is always more appealing. It is a very large restaurant. There is a combination of Western, Japanese, Korean and Chines all in the same restaurant. There is 4 cooking stations as well. See below for the pictures.

Executive Lounge
The lounge is located on the top floor of the hotel – level 37. I had a peak after breakfast – and as most lounges in the world do – they provide a small subset of what is offered in the buffet breakfast. But I was impressed with the hot food variety such as eggs, sausages and mushrooms available. They also has different pastries should the customer which to eat it.
